Mongoose to make debut at Lord's

Following its end of May unveiling at 'The Home of Cricket', the revolutionary Mongoose cricket bat returns to Lord's Cricket Ground, with the Lord's Shop becoming the first London retailer to offer the bat for sale. The bat has taken centre stage in the shop's front window.

The MMi3 short-bladed bat, approved for all forms of cricket by the MCC Laws sub-committee, will go on sale for the first time in the Capital alongside its longer stable-mate, the CoR3. Both bats incorporate Mongoose's innovative splice-less
blade technology.

Since the bat's launch, the team at Mongoose have been thrilled by the positive reaction it has received from the cricket community, with direct sales on this website and retail interest both outstripping forecasts. Supply has had to be accelerated to meet this demand, with the bat only now making its way into selected retailers across the country, including Fordham Sports (Kingston) and InterSport Lewes in the South, and Owzat Cricket (Derbyshire) further afield.
