We go to great lengths to make every Mongoose bat as perfect as possible. We select the finest materials, hand make every bat and give each one a thorough inspection for quality assurance.

However, we’re only human, and on the rare occasion a problem may slip through. If any of our products fail as a result of defective workmanship or faulty materials, we will replace them.

We can’t replace bats that have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, misuse or neglect, that have been repaired or modified without the authorization of Mongoose or have been returned to Mongoose without a valid receipt.

Mongoose cannot replace bats that have been wrongly used, have become damaged through bad shots or have failed as a result of poor preparation and care. Always follow Mongoose’s recommendations to ensure that your cricket bat is correctly prepared and cared for.
